**We're looking for an Apparel/Merchandise Designer to join our Merch team.**

**Requirements**:
**Design Creation**
- Conceptualize and create original designs for merchandise, including apparel, accessories, and other branded products, that reflect the unique style, personality, and brand identity of AboFlah

**Product Development**
- Collaborate with AboFlah and merchandising team to develop a diverse range of merchandise offerings, considering factors such as target audience preferences, market trends, and production feasibility.
- Ensure consistency with AboFlah's branding guidelines and aesthetic, maintaining a cohesive and recognizable look across all merchandise designs.

**Trend Research**
- Stay abreast of current fashion trends, design styles, and pop culture references, incorporating relevant themes and motifs into merchandise designs to resonate with the target audience.

**Graphic Design**
- Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Affinity Designer to create high-quality digital designs and artwork for merchandise printing and production.
- Iteration and Feedback: Iterate on design concepts based on feedback from AboFlah, merchandising team, and audience, refining and revising designs to meet project objectives and quality standards.

**Production Coordination**
- Collaborate with manufacturers, suppliers, and vendors to oversee the production process, ensuring that merchandise designs are translated accurately and efficiently onto physical products.

**Marketing Support**:

- Provide design assets and support for marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches, creating visual assets such as banners, ads, and social media graphics to promote merchandise
