Qualifications:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the UAE real estate sector
- At least 3 years of managerial experience
- Expertise in current real estate regulations, pricing, and yields in the UAE
- Strong numerical skills and adeptness with figures
- Excellent communication abilities
- Proficient in facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers
- Exceptional interpersonal and managerial talents
- In-depth knowledge of property buying, selling, and leasing rules in Abu Dhabi
- Proven track record as a senior real estate agent or team leader

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing a team and monitoring broker and team performance.
- Assisting in recruiting new and seasoned brokers.
- Providing guidance to brokers, conducting regular team and monthly meetings.
- Assisting in the training of new brokers.
- Business development to identify new investors and clients, analyzing market trends, and managing the negotiation process.
- Managing sales activities to meet predefined targets and conducting property valuations.
- Networking to specialize in designated communities and handling client queries and objections adeptly.
- Managing a portfolio of listings and clients, providing specialized market advice.
- Finalizing deals and exploring new business opportunities across various UAE cities through research and prospecting.
- Staying updated on the market trends and new projects.
- Strong communication skills in English are a must, with additional languages being advantageous.
