**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin and HR Assistant at an exhibition company. The Admin and HR assistant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, managing phone etiquette, facilitating communication, and supporting executive administrative tasks. The role will also involve hiring and communication.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in administrative assistance
- Phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Clerical skills, including record-keeping and data entry
- Hiring and Interviewing skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in using office software and equipment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is a plus
