Admin and Accounting Staff

**Job description**
The position will require the applicant to handle all day-to-day aspects of the company, from Sales, Purchase, Accounting, Handling ongoing projects and variety of work nature. The role serves as a key position on the company's entire operation.
**Qualifications**
- Must have experience working with Freezone Company in UAE familiarity with customs rules and regulation.
- Working in UAE for at least 3 years.
- Must be an Accounting Graduate or have significant experience in accounting, UAE VAT and audit preparation.
- Have experience using Xero (Accounting System).
- Honest, Hardworking and have Strong Virtue.
- Willing to learn and adapt variety of work nature.
- Must be living in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE or at least willing to transfer.
**Responsibilities**
Sales
- Prepare and send confirmation to Customer by Coordinating with the production on estimated Delivery Date.
- Prepare Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Note and book with DHL and other courier service.
Purchase
- Place order to supplier, monitor transit and confirm quantity and specification once received.
Logistics
- Coordinate with clearing company by booking for clearance and submitting exit papers for refund deposit.
Accounting
- Maintain Daily petty cash with correct documentation.
- Keep track of all the Payables and expenses and facilitate on time payment.
- Maintain a correct record of Receivables and open orders from Customer.
- Keep track of all the inventories on site and must match against RAK Customs Record.
- Prepare forecasting, Budget and calculation of profit and loss on some transactions.
- Make Correct Journal Entry on Xero.
- Record all cash flow transaction on Xero.
- Prepare Financial Statements for Audit.
- Keep record of all VAT Transaction with Invoices for VAT Filling.
- Make Zero VAT Filling.
- Deposit Cheque to Company’s Bank Account.
HR
- Prepare Monthly Salary Report and facilitate distribution and documentation.
- Compute staff’s End of Service Benefits and facilitate installment.
Compliance
- Coordinate with Consultants and service provider for accomplishment of project, license renewal and other compliance requirement.
- Communicate with the admin to share daily update on significant task or project.
- Purse and accomplish any task given by the management for the benefit of the company’s progression.
**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
