Front Desk Trainer

**Responsibilities**:
- Overseeing all Melodica Front Desk staff performance.
- Conduct training for front desk officers to project exceptional customer service before and after sale.
- Develop strategies to improve front desk staff’s skills set to reach sales and customer happiness department KPI.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree holder
- 2 years minimum experience with the same role as a trainer
- 2 years minimum experience in sales
- Fluency in English language
- With Driver's license is preferred
- Immediate joiner is preferred
**Experience**:
- Trainer: 2 years (preferred)
- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 100% (preferred)
