**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Marriott Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Inspect and maintain the front desk area, including greeting guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • Related work experience: at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a hotel or resort setting
  • Supervisory experience: at least 6 months of supervisory experience in a hotel or resort setting
