**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Acquisition**:
- Identify and engage potential clients who could benefit from our AMC services.
- Develop and execute effective strategies to expand the client base.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- **Proposal Development**:
- Create customized proposals outlining maintenance contract offerings based on client needs.
- Clearly articulate the benefits and value proposition of our maintenance services.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate and realistic service scope.
- **Negotiation and Closing**:
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements.
- Overcome objections and address client concerns in a professional manner.
- Secure signed contracts and agreements from clients.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and effectively.
- **Sales Targets and Reporting**:
- Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends.
- Utilize CRM tools for accurate tracking and management of sales pipelines.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the maintenance services industry.
- Strong understanding of maintenance contract structures and service offerings.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical aspects of maintenance services.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
