As our Country Key Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, spearheading our sales operations and nurturing key distributor relationships. This isn't just a job - it's a chance to make your mark on two of the most exciting markets in the region
- **What You'll Do**:_
-  Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market growth in the KSA and UAE regions.  
-  Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts in the assigned territories.
- Collaborate closely with distributors to execute sales plans, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns.
-  Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for business expansion.
-  Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to the management team.
- Ensure timely delivery of products, resolve any distribution issues, and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Conduct regular visits to distributors, retail outlets, and trade events to strengthen relationships and gather market feedback.
-  Train and motivate distributor sales teams to achieve sales targets and enhance product knowledge.
-  Coordinate with internal departments, including marketing, logistics, and finance, to support sales initiatives and resolve operational challenges.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, trade policies, and market dynamics affecting the snack category and FMCG sector.
- **What You Bring**:_
-  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the snack category or FMCG industry.
- Proven experience in managing distributor networks and modern trade channels in the KSA and UAE markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to travel frequently within the assigned territories.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- **Language Skills**:_
- Fluent in English (B1 level or higher).
- Proficient in Arabic (fluency required).
