Forex Business Development Manager

Our Partner is an equal opportunity employer, looking for energetic Forex, Futures, On Exchange Equities, Options and CFD global Account Executives with at least 2 years' experience and knowledge of Forex, Futures, On Exchange Equities, Options and CFD products as well as MT4/MT5, Currenex, cTrader or equivalent trading platform knowledge. The successful Account Executive will have a strong focus on the retail Forex industry but must also be able to serve the company’s other markets. Qualified individuals will be selling a broad range of financial products and services to a diverse international client base and will have their own book of clients. Previous industry experience is a must.

As an account executive, one can only succeed if you are a quick learner and dynamic. Our deals are not simple, and our customer expectations are very high. You have to be able to follow the transaction all the way from its opening to its final destination each and every time.
**Minimum Qualifications**
Sales skills and previous experience in the Forex, CFD or Financial Industry is a must, preferably someone with the book of Foreign Introducing Brokers, Money Managers, and customers.
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies are required as well as a minimum two years of experience.
Knowledge of the organization's operations, products and services.
Established skills with software used (PowerPoint, Windows, and customer relationship management software) on a day-to-day basis.
Experience using Meta Trader’s MT5 trading platform.
Keeping abreast of the industry, the competition, and related products.
Self-disciplined, self-motivated - requires minimum supervision, well organized with good follow-up skills.
Stay on top of the local and national economy and financial markets activity.
Willing to travel.
**Preferred Qualifications**
Knowledge of and established relationships within the forex industry
Knowledge of traditional as well as contemporary B2B sales tactics and strategy.
A deep understanding of the industry’s issues, a vision for its growth and a commitment to advance Forex strategies within the marketplace
Fluency in another language is a plus.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
You will sell a broad range of financial products and services to a diverse local and international client base.
Knowledge of Forex, Futures, On Exchange Equities, Options and CFD products as well as MT5 trading platform knowledge.
You will have a strong focus on the retail Forex industry but must also be able to serve the Company’s other markets.
You will follow the transaction all the way from its opening to its destination each time.
You will develop a book of Introducing Brokers, Money Managers and customers.
Required to work during Manager’s agreed hours under the direction of your team leader.
**Salary**: AED3,331.00 - AED9,999.00 per month
