The analyst will have the opportunity to be part of the Consumer Insights team and support the Marketing team on the following work fronts:
- Evaluate various information sources to identify key consumer pain points and growth opportunities, helping to uncover strategies for the business.
- Design and conduct primary market research studies, from brief creation, selecting appropriate methodology, supervising fieldwork, analyzing data, and delivering actionable recommendations to inform business decisions.
- Engage with market research agencies on studies such us brand equity, brand positioning, segmentation, U&A, category studies, concept/idea/ packaging/ name test, communication (pre&post) test, product and sensory test, shopper, consumer panels, etc.
- Proactively lead discussions, working closely with internal stakeholders to represent the consumer's voice while also guiding and influencing the company’s strategic direction.
- Collaborate with key suppliers to deliver insights that fuel the company’s innovation pipeline and design strategic innovation platforms aligned with the brand's portfolio
- Define and manage KPIs for the success of innovations, related to consumers/shoppers
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
- 3 plus years of experience in market intelligence/insights, preferably in the FMCG sector
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Arabic Language is a plus
**Knowledge & Skills**:
- Good interpersonal skills: ability to interact and influence with key internal clients, ensuring that insights are translated into actions and strategies for consumers and shoppers.
- Knowledge of research methodologies and techniques to approach the main business fronts: Brand, Communication, Innovation
- Analytical skills, ability to interpretate data and generate insights for the business
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects & timely delivery effectively
