Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive B2B to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for Hair & Skin Care sales, a proven track record in account management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to effectively position our products in the market

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in Salons, Clinics & Aesthetics for Hair & Skin Care sales or related field
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce systems
- Demonstrated success in account management and achieving sales targets
- Fluency in English / Russian is an edge
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build long-lasting client relationships
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify business opportunities
- Proven ability to drive business development initiatives and close sales deals
- Experience in outside sales is preferred
