Key Responsibilities:
2. Proven min 2 years of UAE experience in both HR and PR roles.
4. Ensuring all records for the company on the Labor system are up to date and within the quota.
5. Maintain the HR employee records by tracking employee labor contracts, visa and passport expiries and communicate the same to the employee to prepare timely renewals.
6. Maintain all labor contracts, Emirates ID, passport with visa copies, photos, and certificates on the HR network and employee files.
7. Utilize available resources in an efficient and effective manner to decrease process time and fees.
8. Always maintain confidentiality and security of company and employee documents. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Public Relations, Communications, or related field.
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
10. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
11. Knowledge of HR best practices and labor legislation.
12. Proficiency in MS Office.
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
