**Mission**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and sponsors. Effectively manage accounts and secure sponsorship opportunities to support organizational goals. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

**Outcomes**:
**Relationship Management**:

- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with partners, stakeholders, and sponsors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide event insights, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

**Account Management**:

- Manage assigned accounts effectively, ensuring client retention and satisfaction.
- Develop account plans and strategies to maximize revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor account performance metrics, including revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction, and take proactive measures to address any issues or gaps.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to review progress, identify opportunities for improvement, and present new solutions or offerings.

**Sponsorship Management**:

- Identify, cultivate, and secure sponsorship opportunities to support organizational initiatives.
- Develop comprehensive sponsorship proposals and presentations tailored to prospective sponsors' needs and objectives.
- Negotiate sponsorship agreements and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal teams to activate sponsorships effectively, deliver on agreed-upon benefits, and provide post-event evaluations to sponsors.

**Partnership Development**:

- Identify and cultivate potential strategic partnerships to expand the organization's network and enhance its offerings.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, potential collaborators, and sponsorship opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop joint marketing initiatives and leverage partnerships for mutual benefit.
- Maintain existing partner relationships, manage contracts, and explore opportunities for growth and collaboration.

**Event Support**:

- Collaborate with event planning teams to ensure seamless integration of sponsorship and partnership deliverables.
- Provide on-site support during events to sponsors, ensuring their needs are met and their branding and activation requirements are executed successfully.
- Contribute to the development of event concepts, proposing innovative ways to incorporate sponsors and enhance the attendee experience.

**Financial Management**:

- Develop and manage budgets for sponsorship and partnership activities, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Track and report on revenue, expenses, and return on investment for sponsorships and partnerships.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in relationship management, account management, and securing sponsorships.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with event planning and marketing concepts.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

**Salary**: AED6,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

License/Certification:

- driver's license (preferred)
