**About the Role**:
The IT Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations of all technology systems and services. This role involves troubleshooting issues, managing network security, and providing technical support to employees, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **System Administration**:

- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary upgrades.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- **Technical Support**:

- Provide technical assistance and support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Resolve IT-related problems promptly and effectively to minimize downtime.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on new technologies and software.
- **Network Management**:

- Monitor network performance, ensuring reliable connectivity and security.
- Implement and manage network security measures to protect company data.
- Collaborate with vendors for network maintenance and upgrades.
- **Data Backup & Recovery**:

- Develop and maintain backup procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Plan and execute disaster recovery procedures in case of system failures.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and system changes.
- Generate reports on system performance and support metrics for management review.
- Keep documentation up-to-date for IT processes and procedures.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
- **Experience**: 3+ years of experience in IT support or administration.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux), networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Proficient in managing security protocols and data protection practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
