Receptionist & Office Administrator

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Receptionist & Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, assisting in various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth office operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Assist the HR Manager in screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
- Manage office inventory, including pantry and stationery supplies.
- Assist the Procurement Manager with scanning and tracking items.
- Support the Logistics team with delivery management.
- Provide tele-sales support and ensure technical IT proficiency.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power point and Canva.
- Strong IT and technical skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and handle various administrative duties.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Able to speak in English and Hindi. Arabic is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
