**Job Purpose**:

- Lead international sales efforts and expand CRYSTAL Rubber Factory’s market presence worldwide.
- Develop export sales strategies and strengthen global relationships, aiming for increased revenue.

**Working Relationships**:

- **Internal**: Sales managers, technical support teams, production, and quality teams.
- **External**: International clients, export partners, industry associations, and market distributors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and execute sales strategies focused on Europe, the UK, and other international markets.
- Identify new market opportunities for CRYSTAL Rubber products, including pipeline and custom rubber solutions.
- Oversee the entire export process, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
- Provide technical support to international clients, ensuring proper understanding of CRYSTAL’s products.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitors, and client needs to refine strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system (Odoo).
- Present sales forecasts, market analysis, and recommendations to the Sales & Operations Director.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback for product and service improvement.

- **Team Size**: 3.
- **Financial Accountability**: Target export sales of AED 3.6 million for FY 2024/2025.

**Selection Criteria:Essential**:

- 3-5 years of international sales experience, ideally in MEP, pipeline, rubber, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and export processes.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel internationally.
- Proficiency in CRM (Odoo) for reporting and tracking.

**Desirable**:

- Certifications in international trade or sales.
- Experience in rubber manufacturing and understanding of international market requirements.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
