Export Manager

**Job Location**:Hybrid
**Responsibilities**:
The Export Manager’s core focus will be on building and nurturing relationships with distributors and export customers. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and reaching out to potential distributors in the Middle East and other target markets.
- Presenting the company’s products in an engaging and persuasive manner, highlighting their value and unique benefits.
- Negotiating and securing deals that are favorable for both the company and its distribution partners.
- Maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with distributors to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Staying informed about market trends and competitors to help shape future strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- Have 2-5 years of experience in sales, export, or business development, ideally within the Middle East or Europe.
- Be confident in their presentation and communication skills, with the ability to deliver a compelling sales pitch.
- Be proactive, adaptable, and willing to travel as needed to engage with distributors.
- Have experience negotiating and closing deals in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
**Compensation**:
**Fixed Salary: AED 8,000 to 10,000**
**Incentives: Performance-based incentives linked to sales achievements**
