**Salary**: 4000 AED per month plus Commission

Introduction

Easy Smart General Trading LLC is well established company since1960. We are one stop shop for all MDF boards & Quality plywood. We manufacture & supply from countries from India, Malaysia, China, Indonesia, Thailand & Russia.

Project/clients include: Dubai Culture; Etihad Museum; Louvre Abu Dhabi; Qasr Al Watan; Expo 2020 UK Pavilion; Expo 2020 UAE Pavilion.

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, as a Sales & Marketing Specialist, you will be a highly motivated, self-starting proactive team member. You will be responsible for implementing, delivering and measuring the marketing & sales activity from the management.

This position is an exciting opportunity to work for promoting throughout the UAE and other key international countries.

As part of a highly skilled team of strategists, salespeople and external agencies you will represent both our and our client’s brand to drive awareness, which directly converts into both B2B and B2C ticket sales. You will be expected to observe the market, its competitors to make sure we remain at the cutting edge of marketing & sales strategies.

To be a successful Sales & Marketing Specialist within our team, you should have an innovative mindset that enables you to create unique ideas for marketing campaigns and brand recognition, have strong interpersonal and communication skills and possess an in-depth knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing. As a strong team player, you will not be afraid to jump in and help where required contributing to the successful delivery of contracts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Motivate and inspire a team of sales executives and support them in the implementation and delivery of sales & marketing strategies to meet their targets
- Be experienced, up to date and knowledgeable on the following social media platforms; Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, SnapChat
- Create engaging advertisements, promotional literature
- Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, understanding customer requirements, identifying marketing trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals
- Conduct market research to establish customer trends and habits and establish goals and objectives in order to reach our customers through appropriate marketing channels (digital and traditional)
- Create marketing content for the museum’s website and other marketing platforms
- Supporting any external agencies and demonstrate a good understanding in various areas, including optimization, advertising, social media, direct marketing, and event planning
- Support the analyses of marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic in order to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
- Attend professional networks, conferences and training opportunities to maintain and increase knowledge and understanding of trends
What you bring to the team You will definitely have:

- A minimum of three years experience of sales & marketing background within a public-facing or cultural-facing background
- Broad knowledge of marketing and promotional campaigns management including reporting and analytics
- Excellent computer skills, including the working knowledge or ability to pick up software packages such as Adobe Creative Suite, CRM and CMS software, HTML and CSS
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to lead and inspire teams
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask, think quickly and adapt to ever-changing environments
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills in both written and spoken English (essential) & Arabic is a plus
Essential Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
- Experience using analytics software.
- Experience using CRM or Sales management software

- Experience in market research and conducting audience research
