**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining an awareness of market trends and competition.
- **Marketing and Promotion**:

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote company services and enhance brand awareness.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including presentations, proposals, and brochures.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and generate leads.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions to meet their needs.
- Ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- **Collaboration and Reporting**:

- Coordinate with internal teams, including project managers and designers, to deliver seamless solutions to clients.
- Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management, detailing activities, achievements, and challenges.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the construction, interiors, or fitout industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- UAE driving license and own transportation preferred.
