**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage front desk activities, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Coordinate office logistics such as scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and arranging catering for events.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing paperwork, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including sorting mail and distributing packages.
- Assist with HR-related tasks, such as coordinating employee orientations, maintaining personnel records, and processing paperwork.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including data entry, report generation, and scheduling appointments.
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and company records.
- Support the office manager and other team members in day-to-day operations to ensure a productive and positive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
