**Experience: At least 7 years of experience in commodity trading or dry bulk freight markets would be considered an advantage.**

**Responsibilities**
- Define, approve, implement, and track the Company’s external and internal positioning and reputation.
- Develop and implement the External and Internal Communications strategy and monitor its efficiency.
- In particular, arrange and maintain a regular monitoring system of the Company’s mentions in external sources, and make sure such mentions are beneficial / not harmful for the business.
- Establish and own the Company’s external and internal media resources (including but not limited to Website, Intranet, Social Media channels), develop and own the respective operational communications calendar on a turnkey basis.
- Conduct internal media training for the C-level and other key internal stakeholders, making sure they can confidently represent the Company, its strategy and activities when communicating with any external audience.
- Own the company’s presentational toolkit.
- Support the commercial team by ensuring that the external communications strategy aims at establishing the Company’s reputation as the supplier and partner of choice.

**Experience**
- At least 7 years of relevant experience
- Proven track record of successful media relationships and reputation management.
- Proven track record of supporting and advising C-level leadership on PR & media matters.
- Experience with commodity trading or dry bulk freight markets would be considered an advantage.
- Professional background in both PR / media consulting and Business side would be considered an advantage. Technical
- English language - fluent, in all aspects, additional language is a plus
- Media Relations Expertise
- should demonstrate experience in securing media coverage and managing press inquiries effectively.
- Familiarity with Digital Marketing Strategies and tools
- Experience in Crisis Communication Management and Event Management Experience Behavioural
- Strong leadership skills are essential for effectively managing a communications team and fostering a collaborative work environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED250,000.00 - AED300,000.00 per year
