**Head - External Communication**

**What you’ll deliver**
- You will be responsible for developing, executing and actively managing the agreed external corporate communications strategic plan for Dubai Airports and Dubai Airports brands to continuously safeguard and enhance Dubai Airports’ brand image and reputation. The external corporate communications activity includes but is not limited to external speaking engagements, external communications and crisis communications.
- You will provide support to the CEO on strategic external corporate communication-related matters whilst ensuring Dubai Airports’ brand image and reputation is maintained at all times.
- You will foster relationships with both English language and Arabic language media outlets in order to promote the Dubai Airports brand and reputation both locally and internationally.
- You will be responsible for developing and managing the corporate CSR strategy to enhance Dubai Airports’ status in the local community and internationally.
- You will work in collaboration with other senior leaders in the Brand and Communications team to ensure a collective approach is taken to aligning the Communication strategy to the overall Brand strategy and vision.

**What you bring**
- You’ll be educated to a Degree level in a Communications related field.
- You should have at least 10 - 12 years’ experience in Public Relations, Marketing or Communications with 7-10 years of relevant experience in digital media, writing and media relations.
- You’ll have comprehensive experience in the aviation or hospitality industry or working in a complex, cross-functional service-oriented organization.
- Excellent media industry relationships - locally, regionally and internationally.
- Previous experience in CSR, public relations, communications and/or marketing and an excellent understanding of latest communications trends.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a can-do attitude, ability to work collaborative and positively in a cross functional team environment.
