Job Title: Property Consultant (1,000 Salary + Commission)

**Job Description**:
As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Your primary objective will be to facilitate successful real estate transactions by providing expert advice, guidance, and exceptional customer service. This is a commission-based position where your earnings will be directly tied to your performance and the successful completion of real estate deals.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing efforts to build a robust client portfolio.

Property Listings: Conduct market research and property assessments to accurately determine property values and listing prices. Create attractive property listings with detailed descriptions and high-quality photographs to showcase properties to potential buyers or tenants.

Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and financial considerations. Provide expert advice and guidance on property investment opportunities, market trends, financing options, and legal requirements.

Property Showings: Arrange and conduct property viewings for interested buyers or tenants. Highlight the unique features and benefits of each property to effectively persuade clients to make a purchase or rental decision.

Negotiation: Negotiate purchase offers, rental agreements, and sales contracts on behalf of clients to achieve favorable terms and conditions. Facilitate communication between buyers and sellers to resolve any conflicts and ensure a smooth transaction process.

Transaction Management: Coordinate all aspects of the real estate transaction, including property inspections, appraisals, financing, and closing procedures. Maintain regular communication with clients, lenders, attorneys, and other relevant parties to ensure timely and successful closings.

Market Research: Stay updated on local real estate market trends, property values, zoning regulations, and industry developments. Use market insights to advise clients on the best investment opportunities and strategic pricing strategies.

Administrative Tasks: Complete administrative tasks such as maintaining client records, preparing contracts and agreements, and updating property listings on various platforms.
