**Loam Real Estate LLC**, a leading real estate company in Dubai, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented **Property Consultant** to join our team in Dubai.

**Job Summary**:
We are searching for a talented Property Consultant to play a key role in our team's success. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and facilitating successful property transactions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online marketing.
- Qualify leads and identify client needs and preferences.
- Showcase a comprehensive portfolio of properties to potential buyers and tenants.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiations.
- Prepare and finalize property sale and lease agreements.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales and leasing targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of success in generating leads and closing deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (a plus)
- Fluency in English and Arabic (highly desirable)
- A valid UAE driver's license (a plus)
