Who We Are?

K&S Properties is a real estate company that guides regional and international buyers toward making the most effective property investment decisions. Our sales team includes several market specialists with diversified properties across Dubai.

We are looking for Property Consultants to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Meeting potential renters and guiding them on tours of available units
- Following up on leads for potential renters
- Performing background checks, credit checks, and other responsibilities to see if prospective renters are qualified
- Preparing leasing documents for potential renters using property standards and regulations
- Keeping residents informed of any changes to rental agreements or upcoming property issues
- Building a rapport with current tenants to give them personalized service
- Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants
- Act as a landlord for property owners and help them navigate the property market
- Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials
- Determine the needs, living standards, and economic viability of prospective customers
- Stay knowledgeable of the property market status
- Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals
- Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically

Qualifications:

- 1+ years of Real Estate or relevant work experience.
- Looking for Quality in details
- Presentable, Elegant and Adhere to Time Frame
- Extensive background in and a strong understanding of commercial and residential real estate acquisitions or brokerage
- Excels working under pressure; ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment
- Flawless and brief communication and presentation skills, verbal and written
- Negotiating skills with people (both verbal and written).

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
