**Business Development/Property Management Consultant**
- interaction. A minimum of 30 calls per day to new customers unless in the case of three meetings for the
- day.
- To reach out to customers through various other means of methods to meet targets.
- To ensure company monthly set targets are met.
- Ensuring that the Property Management process is followed in accordance with the company
- policies & procedures as well as in line with the UAE/RERA rental laws & guidelines.
- Manage all aspects of a managed property, its residents and any associated person/content in a
- positive and productive manner.
- To assist the Owner/leasing team in renting and finding a suitable Tenant for the property at the
- earliest.
- Conduct property pre-inspections, moving-in inspections/handovers, bi-annually inspections and
- moving-out inspections/handovers in a timely and professional manner.
- To handle and manage all issues related to the Tenant and tenancy agreement with the Owner.
- Investigating property maintenance issues and appointing insurance indemnified vendors to
- complete repairs.
- Handling tenancy contract renewals.
- To ensure properties are renewed every year.

Valid driver’s license or should be able to travel on own expenses.

Must be Arabic or Russian speaker.

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 per month
