Your role will involve generating leads, conducting property viewings, and providing exceptional client service. You will stay informed about market trends and help clients make informed decisions tailored to their needs.
- **Lead Generation**:Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.
- **Property Viewings**:Schedule and conduct property viewings for prospective buyers, showcasing properties' unique features and benefits.
- **Negotiation**:Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
- **Client Service**:Provide outstanding customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience in real estate sales or related fields, particularly in Dubai's market (specific area of focus preferred).
- Proactive approach to self-improvement and a strong commitment to achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in property listings and real estate software, MS and other office productivity tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to conduct market research and pricing comparisons
