**Leasing Consultant**

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Leasing Agent to join our team. As a Leasing Agent, your primary responsibility will be to build rapport with owners to advertise their properties, attract potential tenants, provide information about available properties. This position requires exceptional sales and customer service skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lease Units:

- Market and promote properties to potential tenants.
- Conduct property tours, showcase available units, and highlight the unique features and amenities of each property.
- Respond to leasing inquiries promptly and provide detailed information about the properties.
- Negotiate lease terms and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants and address their needs and concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with owners and Property Management Consultants to ensure effective communication takes place to secure deals.

**Business Development**:

- Continuously research and analyze the local real estate market to identify potential properties for lease.
- Develop and maintain a network of property owners, real estate agents, and other relevant industry professionals.
- Prospect for new listings through various channels such as online platforms, networking events, and direct outreach.
- Conduct property inspections and evaluations to determine suitability for leasing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling property listings and marketing materials.

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Collaborate with property management teams to address maintenance and repair issues before coordinating with prospects.
- Stay updated on local rental market trends, rental laws, and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in real estate leasing or sales is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed leasing targets and generate new business.
- Familiarity with property management.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of local rental market trends and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Valid RERA license.
- Own car
- Valid driving license.

**Salary**: AED1.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Internet City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
