**Facilities Assistant Duties & Responsibilities**

Ensure that the company is compliant with Health and Safety Policy and legislation including completion of risk assessments as required

Being the first point of contact for scheduling and supervising callouts with contractors, including regular emergency repairs and maintenance (eg, plumbing, water coolers, lighting etc)

Preventative maintenance and repair of plumbing, patching and painting offices, hanging pictures, shelves, keeping roof drains clean

Setting up desks/files

Cleaning and organizing new hires/office moves

Backing up reception and mailroom

Setting up conference rooms

Front desk coverage, as needed

Assisting with cleaning, sweeping, cleaning the café, will be working in the warehouse (on 1st floor)

Record retrieval

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
