Arabic Female Office Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Efficiently manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment and facilities.
- Collaborate with company personnel to ensure smooth cross-functional operations.
- Organize and maintain document's filing system.
- Schedule and attend meetings by taking notes, preparing meeting's agenda.
- Providing excellent customer service, keep in touch with clients for a smooth onboarding process.
- Post advertisement online.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management software.

- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Office Admin in Real Estate (required).
- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or related field
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
**Arabic Female is a must.
**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
