Female Arabic Office Assitant

Administrative / office support, including document preparation, copying, scanning, and mailing.
- Attend customers phone calls and update them on the order and delivery status.
- Scheduling office meetings and supports visitors.
- Handle customers' requests and queries appropriately
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Establish active communication and engagement with the sales team to ensure orders are processed promptly.
- Coordinate with delivery & warehouse teams to ensure goods are received / delivered on time.
**Requirements**:
- Any Graduate
- Female (Native Arabic Speaker)
- Basic knowledge of Computers and Internet
- 1-2 Years Experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
