Associate Consultant

Role tasks and responsibilities:
- English
- and Arabic language research in support of a range of strategic intelligence projects including due diligence, background checks and problem-solving litigation support.
- Undertaking case management of projects as required.
- Ensuring the delivery of projects on budget, scope and deadline.
- Preparing quality reports to clients.
- Supporting the team on business development initiatives such as attending conferences, client meetings and briefings.

**Requirements**:
Knowledge and experience
- Previous professional experience, ideally within the intelligence industry on the Middle East, with at least 1 year working as a business analyst or researcher in a client-facing role.
- Experience of conducting Arabic
- and English-language research, managing projects, and presenting findings to clients.
- An understanding of the region’s political and commercial environment
- Demonstrated commitment to intelligence and compliance, with strong knowledge of research techniques, databases, networks, online registers and archives, and research in the general internet.
- Experience of interacting with and managing a network of human sources.

Qualifications and specialist skills
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in relevant discipline.
- Total professional fluency in Arabic. Working proficiency in Persian a benefit.
- Excellent verbal and written English.
- Excellent word processing and general computing skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a team and independently
