With a focus on performance-driven results, we are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to drive our business expansion and forge strategic partnerships in the digital and affiliate marketing space.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and Execute Business Development Strategies: Drive the development and execution of comprehensive business development strategies to expand our client base and partnerships in the digital marketing and affiliate marketing sectors.

2. Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Identify potential clients, affiliates, and strategic partners through market research, networking, and outreach efforts. Continuously seek out new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

3. Build and Manage Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, affiliates, and strategic partners. Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, understanding their needs and objectives to deliver tailored solutions.

4. Negotiate and Close Deals: Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients, affiliates, and partners to secure mutually beneficial agreements. Drive the deal closure process, ensuring all parties are aligned and satisfied with the terms.

5. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives. Provide valuable insights and feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.

6. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and affiliate marketing. Leverage market insights to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles within the digital marketing or affiliate marketing industry.
- Experience working with affiliate networks, managing affiliate programs, and driving affiliate revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high degree of accountability and autonomy.
