**Business Development Manager**: Full-Time Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates 25/11/2024

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UAE oil and gas market, focusing on enhancing FourQuest Energy’s market share.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry organizations in the oil and gas sector.
- Lead market analysis and intelligence efforts to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements and drive project success.
- Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and bids to prospective clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve targets.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance FourQuest’s visibility and brand presence.
- Provide insights and recommendations for service/product development based on market feedback and client interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the oil and gas industry, with a strong focus on pre-commissioning for large EPC projects.
- Proven track record of successfully driving sales growth and developing new business in a competitive environment.
- Strong understanding of the oil and gas sector, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks in the UAE.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
