**Job Description: HR Officer**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently manage leave requests and maintain accurate leave records.
- Oversee HR functions such as payroll processing, increment management, and coordination of training programs.
- Maintain employee attendance records and conduct performance reviews.
- Manage overall employee data and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Actively participate in recruitment activities by preparing job descriptions, posting advertisements, and managing the hiring process.
- Knowledge of blue and white-collar personnel hiring practices is required.
- Demonstrate understanding of UAE labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Handle visa and ticket bookings for expatriate employees, including knowledge of DMCC visa processing, cancellations, and modifications.
- Execute administrative tasks to support daily HR operations.
- Address employee concerns and implement recognition programs to enhance employee engagement.
- Familiarity with residency visa processing for other countries is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to serve as a primary point of contact for management personnel, keeping them informed and organized regarding company activities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum 6-7 years experience in HR officer or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles with comprehensive knowledge of HR functions.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Experience in blue-collar recruitment and visa processing is desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay: AED6,000.00 per month
