Our client is an investment management company, a locally owned group of companies in transportation, retail FMCG, and services.

We are looking for an **HR Officer (UAE National) **to provide HR operational support and assistance on day-to-day work including undertaking a range of administrative duties, following processes, SLA and managing HR data & and systems to ensure accuracy at all times for the assigned business units.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support in talent acquisition, arranging interviews, etc.
- Process & manage the employee's onboarding.
- Respond to employee queries/concerns/complaints to ensure effective and timely delivery.
- Process end-to-end payroll and reconciliation reports.
- Manage the existing employee's leaves, medical insurance, life insurance, workmen's compensation insurance, etc. promptly and maintain accurate records.
- Process employee exit and off-boarding formalities, including end-of-service calculations.
- Follow the departmental SLAs accurately.
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to any of the other HR functions, as necessary and in line with business requirements.
- Assist in performance management and employee evaluation.
- Update and maintain HR systems, records, and reports with accurate employee data.
- Make sure the employee-related documents are updated all the time.
- Responsible for assigning BUs Ministry of Labour file-related issues and timely updates to the Head of HR operations.
- Make sure the availability of accurate HR data at any time based on the requirement.
- Maintain and manage centralized HR reports for the group.
- Assist the Head of HR operations as necessary in projects by preparing, gathering, and coordinating relevant information to successfully implement new projects.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in HR.**:

- ** A minimum of 3 to 5 years of UAE HR experience is mandatory**:

- **Well-versed with UAE Labor laws**:

- Administrative skills
- Proficient in MS Office (esp: MS excel and word)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Arabic
- Organizational and time management abilities
