Based in UAE the Receptionist will play a strategic role in being the front of the business.
- To work closely with ITGURUS.AE Team and manage their day-to-day tasks
- Maintain and keep the office tasks in check and also assist with ITGURUS.AE Team with minor tasks while cold calling customers and handling procurement over the phone.
- Reporting to the Unit Head.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organisation and strong communication.
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Schedule meeting with clients and respective ITGURUS.AE Staff while updating individual calendars.
- Send clients Proposals, Quotations, Invoices and Receipt Vouchers.
- Assign new sales prospects to sales team.
- Create job descriptions and postings when required.
- Coordinating with Suppliers on availability of products and negotiating with the rates
- Maintaining of records and sending of reports
- Answering questions and finding information for clients and customers.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
