**Position Statement**:
The Finance Manager Middle East Shared Services is responsible for specific functions within the Finance department of the Shared Service - Centre of Excellence (COE) and related projects.

The role aims to be recognized as a trusted advisor to the business. This role supports the Director of MEA Shared Services to develop their finance team and enable them to Thrive. The role communicates with impact to stakeholders, ensures a robust control and compliance environment and is aware of the EMEA finance management company value proposition. The role partners with key stakeholders in the Shared Service -Centre of Excellence and participating hotels and supports the finance leader of the shared service to innovate and develop best in class talent.

**Position Summary**:

- Leadership and management of functions within the COE Finance Team
- Leading the Month-end and Year-end processes
- Continual improvement of COE processes, performance and projects
- Managing relationships with hotels supported by the COE
- Supporting on-boarding new hotels into the COE
- Ensuring adherence to Internal control procedures and compliance by COE team
- Continuous focus on team development, training and skills enhancement
- To perform all duties and responsibilities in a manner that ensures your safety and that of others in your workplace.
- To contribute positively by providing both guests and fellow team members with courteous, hassle-free service and by seeking to always maintain a pleasant working environment
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned to ensure effective operations of the COE

**What are we looking for?**
- Ability to lead a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Team leadership and Project management experience
- Demonstrated competence to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks to completion
- Work attitude that exhibits flexibility, drive, good judgment, dependability and ambition
- Proactive stakeholder management through excellent written and interpersonal skills
- Exceptionally self-motivated and directed
- Self-motivator who takes ownership of work objectives and proactively finds solutions
- BS/BA/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Finance Shared Services or hotel experience in a management level required
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and SharePoint with the ability to quickly learn new programs when required
- Knowledge of the Hilton Finance systems in GCC (Navision, SUN, Oasys, OnQ, MICROS, Birchstreet, Docuware) will be preferred
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CA, or equivalent) will be an advantage
