Emea Services Training Coordinator

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **EMEA Services Training Coordinator **to join our team In this role you will get to help colleagues across the whole of EMEA develop their skills to thrive professionally.
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Training needs assessment support.
- Training program development support.
- Logistics coordination
- Facilitation and delivery
- Evaluation and feedback
- Record keeping and reporting
- Continuous improvement
**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering/ human resources management/ education/ business administration or related field (or equivalent experience) and typically 3+ years of related work experience.
- Excellent organizational skills attention-to-detail.
- Proficient MS Office Suite familiarity Learning Management Systems (LMS).Exceptional communication interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently collaboratively within team settings.
**What Desired Skills You'll Bring**:
- Experience working within any professional training environment in a similar related role
- Passion for the development of yourself and others within a professional setting
- Certification such as CPTM (Certified Professional in Training Management) advantageous
