Sales Manager- Used Heavy Machineries

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets for used heavy machinery.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the target market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide expert advice to customers on machinery specifications, usage, and pricing.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Coordinate with the logistics team for the timely delivery of machinery to customers.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities or risks.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues related to product quality, delivery, or service.
- Maintain a database of sales leads and prospects using CRM software.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the company’s products.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- **5+ years** of sales experience in the heavy machinery or construction equipment industry, preferably with used machinery.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
- Flexibility to travel for client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience working with international markets and clients.
- Familiarity with machinery financing and leasing options.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management for machinery distribution.
