**Responsibilities**:

- Remote Troubleshooting: Provide prompt and effective remote support to engineers and architects, addressing IT-related issues with hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Hardware Support: Diagnose and resolve hardware issues for desktops, laptops, and other peripherals. Coordinate with vendors for repairs or replacements as needed.
- Network Support: Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues, ensuring that engineers and architects can access necessary resources efficiently. Collaborate with the IT team to enhance network security.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with engineering and design software (AutoCAD, 3DS Max, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective remote support.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a remote work environment.
- Understanding of IT security best practices and data protection.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Relevant IT certifications.
- Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
- Previous experience supporting engineering or architectural teams is advantageous.
