We are seeking an organized and enthusiastic duty manager to join our growing company. You must enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will be responsible for leading your team to success and ensuring all work processes flow efficiently in order to help bring projects to completion.

Duty Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Direct, oversee, and manage daily operations for our organization
- Uphold and enforce company policies and procedures and implement new processes
- Suggest changes to operating standards in order to improve the efficiency of work
- Set departmental goals and create plans of action for achieving them
- Work with the HR department to resolve employee issues and complaints
- Help foster a positive working environment for all workers and check in regularly to ensure employee satisfaction
- Maintain an efficient, organized workspace that encourages productivity at all times
- Complete daily operational tasks in a timely manner
- Build and maintain positive client and customer relationships
- Set-up and attend company meetings as required
- Train new hires in company processes and procedures
- Organize and distribute schedules and assignments
- Assist with budget creation
- Maintain open lines of communication between all departments

Duty Manager Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or related field preferred
- 2+ years working in a management position and familiar with such duties and responsibilities
- In-depth knowledge of our specific industry a plus
- Service industry experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to consistently maintain positive client relationships
- Exceptional time-management and task-delegation skills
- Computer literate and proficient using Microsoft Suite
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Outstanding communicator both verbally and written
- Dynamic personality and strong leadership skills

Follow company policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications; ensure personal appearance is clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge guests; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Ensure adherence to quality standards. Enter and locate information using computers/POS systems. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
