**Role Overview**:
As an HR and Admin Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR and Administration department in various tasks and functions. This entry-level position provides an excellent opportunity for new graduates to gain hands-on experience in HR and Admin operations while contributing to the overall success of the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment Support**:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation and orientation.
**Employee Records Management**:
Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Assist in the preparation and filing of HR-related documents.
**Administrative Support**:
Provide administrative support to the HR and Admin team, including document preparation, data entry, and report generation.
Assist in organizing HR and company events or meetings.
**Employee Relations**:
Handle routine employee inquiries and escalate complex issues to HR management when necessary.
Contribute to fostering a positive workplace environment.
**Benefits Administration**:
Assist in benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
Collaborate with external providers to ensure employees' benefits needs are met.
**Compliance and Policy Implementation**:
Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives.
Ensure adherence to company policies and local labor regulations.
**Training and Development**:
Assist in coordinating training sessions and workshops for employees.
Keep track of training records and follow up on completion.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
