The Agent is responsible for managing all aspects of the seller’s transactions from first contact to purchase agreement.

Execute all required steps to list a property and get it under the agreement, such as preparing listing materials and pre-listing presentations, coordinating showings, and scheduling open houses. Serves as point person in consulting with sellers in coordinating staging, property photography, repairs, home improvements, lockbox, access requirements, and other marketing activities required for showing the properties.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

01.Meet company expectations by providing excellent customer service.

02.Consistently make a good first impression when calling potential customers; maintaining a friendly and professional tone at all times.

03.Well understanding of customer requirements to successfully close the deal.

04.Contacts potential existing or non-existing customers to inform them about our new market campaigns or services using given scripts.

05.Matching the Buyer’s and Tenant’s inquiries addressed by the Listing and Sales Agents within a timely manner.

06.Generates and qualifies leads from cold calling and inbound interaction.

07.Handle customer complaints to maintain and improve the company’s reputation.

08.Go the “extra mile” to achieve the sales target and facilitate future sales.

09.Commit to the team and individual sales target.

10.Function as part of the team with sincere enthusiasm.

11.Ensure a professional communication with PSI clients by presenting PSI in the best image.

12.Exceed the Client’s expectations by providing the best approach to meeting the client’s needs and requirements.

13.Abide by the PSI code of conduct by appearing formal, elegant, and professional all the time.

14.Answering and responding to telephone inquiries and schedules site visits as per PSI policy.

15.Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of the property, advising them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting.

16.To maintain SLA for response time and follow up with the client.

17.Contacting leads immediately and meeting the client ASAP and providing a solution.

19.Reporting on daily basis all the activities to the Line Manager and update the daily activities on the system.

20.Inquiring about the “Hot deals” and notifying the Sales/Listing and marketing teams on same.

21.Collection due payments related to chargeable services.

22.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales target.

23.

Referral of 10 Buyers, leads per month.

24.Outbound calls for listing purposes for the assigned project not less than 70 calls per day.

25.Answer all customer questions related to PSI products’ or services accurately.

26.Update customer information in the System and take relevant notes for future use.

27.Collecting accurate information from clients for the listed properties.

28.Updating the units listed for sales or rent on regular basis as and when required.

29.Update market price rating of the unit and notify the Sales/ Listing team and Marketing team on the same.

30.Removing expired units from website

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**

**Educational Requirements / Qualifications**:
A bachelor's or associate degree in marketing, sales, or a related field may be advantageous.

**Experience**:
2 years Proven experience as telesales representative with minimum 2 years’ experience or other sales/customer service role.

**Skills and Competencies**:
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.

Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.

Bilingual in English and Arabic

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.

Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
