**Responsibilities**:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and empathetic individual to join our team as a Sales Representative at Synergy University, Dubai. In this key role, you will be instrumental in identifying and qualifying potential leads, delivering compelling presentations to showcase our educational programs, and working diligently to meet or exceed sales targets by closing deals effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Management**: Proactively manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel, ensuring that all potential student inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively to convert interest into enrollments.

**Product Expertise**: Maintain a thorough knowledge of all educational programs and services offered by the university, including details about curriculum, accreditation, and student services, to provide accurate and compelling information to prospects.

**High-Performance Sales**: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by employing effective sales strategies and maintaining high levels of performance through disciplined work habits.

**Time Management**:Efficiently manage time to maximize productivity, ensuring that all sales activities, from lead generation to follow-ups, are executed within scheduled timelines.

**Sales Presentations**: Deliver outstanding and persuasive presentations to potential students and their families, effectively communicating the value and benefits of studying at the university.

**Closing Deals**: Skillfully negotiate and close deals, ensuring that all student enrollments are finalized with favorable outcomes for both the student and the university.

**Customer Experience**: Provide a high-quality customer service experience by addressing potential students' questions and concerns with sensitivity and professionalism, fostering a positive image of the university.

**Teamwork**: Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a cohesive and unified approach to student recruitment. Share insights and strategies that may benefit the team.

**Discipline**: Adhere to office protocols and standards, maintaining professionalism at all times in interactions with colleagues and clients.

**Reporting**: Submit daily reports to the Sales Operations Manager detailing sales activities, progress towards goals, and any challenges encountered, ensuring that the management is well-informed about the ground-level operations.

**We are ready to work with you if you have**:

- Previous experience in sales, student recruitment, college admissions counseling in education or similar industry
- Results-driven mindset with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively engage and support students from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of university admissions processes, student support services, and international student issues (preferred).
- Proficiency in **English (required), Russian (required).**
