**Job Scope**:
We're looking for a "**Production Operations Coordinator"**to join our team at Hypermedia. This role involves closely supporting our Operations and Production Manager, coordinating with various internal departments, and managing all aspects of production, from campaign installations to inventory management. Key responsibilities include obtaining necessary permits, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining detailed records to enhance team productivity and ensure timely delivery of products and services.

**Role Requirements**:

- Work closely with the Operations and Production Manager to support all Hypermedia and DXTA operations and production.
- Checking materials and artwork shared by the sales team. Obtain metro artwork approvals from municipality. Prepare Print order and send to printing house, Coordination with the production team for specs, campaign installations & other production-related tasks. Planning and sharing job orders with ground team. Keeping note of Expired Campaigns & sharing campaign removal updates with sales and Production Team. Coordination with Dubai metro, digital team, and production team regarding boards maintenance.
- Obtain the necessary permits (PTW, PTE, PIC/operation training, and NOC) from Dubai Metro and RTA for campaign installation, removal, general maintenance, new assets, and site visits. Arranging lifting equipment’s from suppliers for operations work.
- Work closely with internal departments such as: communication, production, operations, sales, creative and finance as required to support all deliverables.
- Work closely with the Office Manager to maintain and regularly update inventories and stock when required for the entire group. Applied to branded items only.
- Support the creation, maintenance, and tracking of relevant operational and production sheets and schedules.
- Support with office tasks within the operations and production departments, such as but not limited to printing, sorting, organizing, etc.
- Check campaign material (static and digital) and liaise with different departments within Hypermedia as well as clients to get the correct specifications.
- Support with monitoring and tracking campaigns from production and operations perspective.
- Support with experiential, events and special projects as required.
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation related to operational processes and campaign activities.

**Requirements**:
