The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day operations of Solicon Fibrecate Glass Factory LLC.

They will work closely with the Operations Manager and various department heads to ensure efficient and effective execution of production, maintenance, logistics, and safety procedures.

The Operations Coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, generating reports, and implementing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor production schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects
  • Supervise and provide guidance to production teams to meet production targets
  • Maintain inventory of raw materials, finished products, and supplies, and ensure timely replenishment
  • Collaborate with logistics department to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers
  • Manage maintenance schedules for all production equipment and machinery to ensure smooth functioning
  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production, maintenance, and safety metrics
  • Conduct regular audits to identify process improvement opportunities and implement necessary changes
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and logistics
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
