Duties and Responsibilities:
Ø Manage calendars and schedule appointments for executives and other staff members.

Ø Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries as appropriate.

Ø Organize and maintain files, both electronic and paper, ensuring that all documents are properly labeled and stored.

Ø Prepare documents, including memos, letters, and reports, using word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.

Ø Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotel reservations, and rental cars.

Ø Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available.

Ø Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and tracking expenses.

Ø Assisting PRO for all legal matters (Office and Employees)

Ø Maintaining employee files

Ø Coordinating employee benefits

Ø Conducting new employee orientation

Ø Assisting with recruitment

Ø Managing employee schedules (scheduling employee trainings/seminar and other HR-related events)

Ø Responding to employee inquiries

Ø Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
