**Description du poste**:
Généraliste du Wealth Management, le « Client Service Officer » travaille au sein d’une équipe sous la responsabilité d’un Coordinateur.

Le CSO accompagne les Relationship Managers dans la gestion administrative et opérationnelle des portefeuilles clients. Il occupe un poste relationnel clé et participe à la qualité de l’image de la Banque. Il assure le relai entre les services opérationnels de la Banque, les collaborateurs et les clients. Il s’assure du respect de la conformité et de la déontologie et contribue à la maîtrise des risques (financiers, de contrepartie, opérationnels). Il établit, maintient et développe des relations de qualité avec les clients internes et externes. Il travaille en étroite collaboration avec les autres CSO de son équipe.

Le CSO est en charge des tâches suivantes:

- Etablit le lien entre le client et les services opérationnels de la Banque ;
- Assure le relationnel avec les clients des Relationship Managers ;
- Gère et traite les dossiers des clients, enregistre les ordres (achat-vente de bourse, transferts, encaissement de chèques, contrôle du cash, renouvellement de placements fiduciaires, etc.) et en vérifie l’exécution ;
- Suit les dossiers en cours et archives, il tient les échéanciers ;
- Gère l’identification des clients et les contre-appels indépendants ;
- Assure l’ouverture et la fermeture du compte client du point de vue administratif et informatique ;
- Prépare les dossiers clients pour les voyages d’affaires du Relationship Manager ;
- Etablit et maintien des relations de qualité avec les clients internes et externes ;
- Prépare les visites clients et les reçoit pour les opérations de caisse/coffre, remise de documents ;
- Gère les renouvellements de dossiers de crédit.
