Administrative Assistant/secretary

We are looking for an efficient **Administrative Assistant/Secretary **to be responsible for the position.
Duties includes but not limited to:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the clinic
- Carries out administrative duties
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning Clinic Staff and expediting work results.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories
- Provides information by answering questions and requests
- Make sure all employees adhere to company’s policies and guidelines
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies
- Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
- Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries
- Examine and test existing contracts
- Foresee the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers
- Monitor and maintain store inventory
- Managing electronic timekeeping systems
- Maintaining employee records.
- Providing administrative assistance to the accounts.

**Education and Experience Requirements**
- Bachelors degree or equivalent education required
- Administrative experience
- Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Basic IT and accounting are advantage
- Knowledge in DHA and MOH process are highly advantage
